One of the fun things they never tell you in seminary is how much it hurts when you hear of bad news from a former call. A mother of two committed suicide this week - the daughter was one of my first confirmands, the son played on my final Junior High football team. There just aren't words for sorrow like these folks must be feeling. Please keep them in your prayers.
